Our sales unit provide pre-sales consultancy to our customers and forms an important factor in designing the required solution for individual and business clients. Solutions can range from laptop, desktop to high end servers with network storage, clustering solution and much more in order to provide the competitive edge to the customer. Our team approach allows us to understand customers needs and propose complete comprehensive end-to-end and cost effective world-class IT solutions.

As part of the sales division we also have a team responsible for ERP solutions. We focus on vertical market ERP solutions to industry sectors such as banking, insurance, mining etc.






Warranty & Spares
For all the manufacturers that we represent in Tanzania we provide official warranty services through the authorized channel hence ensuring that our customer receive the best possible after-sale service. We also maintain critical spares in stock allowing us to offer guaranteed response times for customers who have service level agreement with us.

Technical Services

Our Technical Department is geared to providing professional solutions for all types of computer related problems whether they are hardware or software related. Our strongest areas are in designing, configuring and deploying systems, providing network solutions and support maintenance of corporate networks. We also provide repair services for third party computers, printers, UPS' etc.

We have a strong team of about 15 technicians and engineers who are well qualified and together with the required certifications, we have the proven experience to back it up.

Our existing implemented solutions range from setting up of large networks, network operating system configurations, installing email systems, installing firewall devices, implementing SQL solutions, configuring VPN solutions to doing Active Directory designing and installing and configuring wide area networks.

• Networking services which include network surveys, full installations, and configuration of equipment and software, testing and training end-users on network administration.

• Disaster recovery service where we have procedures and equipment set aside to bring your important services and data back online in the shortest possible time in the event of a disaster.

To complement the major services, other services that are performed are Call Logging , Job Tracking , Technical Hotline Services and providing of Monthly Reports if requested.
